Obama’s Main Street Pledge

As President Obama said in his speech in Toledo Main Street America will be one of the first places he will concentrate on fixing the problem. The thing is we did not realize that those of us on Main Street were the problem. If you drive down any Main Street in this Country you see that over the last 8 months there has been more commercial space become available than ever before.  The next chain of failures in our real estate market will be in the commercial market. The vacant stores and light manufacturing facilities in many communities will never come back. Foreign manufacturers will see to that. The Chinese have already said that they will sell solar panels at a loss in order to own the foolish US marketplace. Well Obama was right about taking care of us. We have failed to unite in any real way online and have allowed the opposition to take over the net.
